The company is currently seeking dedicated Guest Service Associates to join their team. This full-time role offers an hourly base pay starting at $10.98 plus an additional $5 to $10 per hour in tips, with a work schedule requiring open availability. The position is crucial as it directly influences the first and last impressions guests have of the facility. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for not only parking and retrieving vehicles safely and promptly but also for assisting guests with their luggage, providing directions, information about local attractions and facilities, and managing guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. These associates engage with guests from arrival to departure, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. In addition to the base duties, the Guest Service Associate interacts with guests by escorting them, assisting with reservations, taxi arrangements, and providing detailed explanations of parking rates and procedures. Team members also complete detailed vehicle information records, oversee the exchange of claim checks and keys, and sometimes shuttle guests in company-approved vehicles. This position demands a balance of interpersonal skills, physical capability, and adherence to safety and operational policies. Candidates are expected to have a valid driver's license, knowledge of customer service principles, and preferably the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles and perform parallel parking.
