Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license for the state applied to work or commutable area
- At least one month related experience or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles
- Basic reading and writing skills in English
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Understanding of time systems and parking rates
- Manual transmission driving skills preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoor shifts in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applicable state or within commutable distance
- One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer and personal services principles and processes
- Ability to read write and comprehend simple English instructions correspondence and memos
- Ability to present information effectively one-on-one and in small groups
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations including addition subtraction multiplication and division
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems

Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant friendly and professional demeanor with guests coworkers and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names
- Use salutation of the day and welcome guests
- Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
- Park and retrieve vehicles driving slowly and cautiously
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Assist guests with directions taxis reservations and inquiries
- Provide information about facility outlets meeting rooms amenities and local attractions
- Deliver messages items and guest amenities
- Shuttle guests to approved locations
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures upon arrival
- Issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys
- Collect claim checks prior to issuing keys
- Complete and maintain ticket information including key tags guest folio vehicle location damage survey and claim check receipt
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
