Job Description

Towne Park is a leading parking management company renowned for delivering exceptional guest services across various locations. The company specializes in providing premium parking solutions that emphasize safety, efficiency, and outstanding customer experiences. Towne Park operates in multiple states in the U.S., catering to a range of clients including hotels, event venues, healthcare facilities, and commercial properties. Their commitment to service quality has earned them a reputation as a trusted partner in the parking and guest services industry.

The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is integral to maintaining the company’s high standards of hospitality and operational excellence. This is a full-time, hourly position with a base pay rate of $10.98 per hour, plus additional earnings of $8 to $10 per hour in tips, reflecting the value placed on personalized guest interactions and efficient service delivery. The position operates on a flexible AM/PM work schedule to accommodate varying peak hours and guest flow.

As a Guest Service Associate, the incumbent provides a broad spectrum of services aimed at enhancing the guest experience. This includes greeting guests warmly and respectfully, using their last names to foster a personal connection, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. The associate is responsible for quickly and safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles with an emphasis on cautious driving and attention to detail. This responsibility extends to managing claim checks, collecting payments when required, and accurately recording all vehicle-related information to maintain operational integrity.

In addition to valet parking duties, the role encompasses assisting guests with their luggage, offering directions, and responding to inquiries about local amenities, hotel services, and main attractions. Associates play an active role in facilitating guest transportation by providing taxi arrangements and approved shuttle services. They also perform ancillary duties, such as delivering messages, amenities, and items to guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and comfortable.

This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks under varied weather conditions, including lifting heavy objects—up to 100 pounds occasionally—and standing or walking for extended periods. The associate must be capable of multitasking efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service professionalism. The company provides reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license for the applicable state or a commutable distance and possess basic math skills, the ability to comprehend and convey information clearly, and familiarity with both standard and 24-hour time formats. Experience in operating manual transmissions and parking techniques like parallel parking is highly desirable. Towne Park values reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work harmoniously within a team environment.

Employment with Towne Park includes eligibility for enrollment in various insurance benefit plans—accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity—and telemedicine services. Furthermore, employees can participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan, supporting long-term financial security. Eligibility for these benefits depends on job classification, employment duration, and hours worked, although seasonal and temporary roles do not qualify.

Overall, the Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy dynamic work environments, and are looking to develop a career in hospitality and parking management. This position offers a competitive compensation package, career growth opportunities, and the chance to be part of a respected company committed to operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
