Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory and related customer service or hospitality management experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time including short notice and extended periods
  • Proficiency with operational and financial software
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Must be able to supervise multiple associates across sites
  • Flexibility to manage shifting priorities and operational challenges
  • Commitment to uphold PMC's policies and compliance standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory or related customer service/hospitality management experience preferred
  • Management or leadership training, certifications or business education preferred
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven leadership and team-building experience
  • Expertise in payroll management and scheduling
  • Technological proficiency with revenue management and scheduling software
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and travel demands

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and oversight for assigned parking locations and teams
  • Set and refine performance measures to maintain high service quality
  • Implement strategies to streamline operations and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Lead business development efforts including lead generation and securing new accounts
  • Manage financial operations including budgets, revenue reports, and profit and loss statements
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard managers
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement to boost employee morale and guest satisfaction
  • Travel up to 50% of the time for site visits, account launches, and operational support
  • Maintain consistent communication with leadership and stakeholders
