Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory and related customer service or hospitality management experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time including short notice and extended periods
- Proficiency with operational and financial software
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Must be able to supervise multiple associates across sites
- Flexibility to manage shifting priorities and operational challenges
- Commitment to uphold PMC's policies and compliance standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory or related customer service/hospitality management experience preferred
- Management or leadership training, certifications or business education preferred
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership and team-building experience
- Expertise in payroll management and scheduling
- Technological proficiency with revenue management and scheduling software
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and travel demands
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and oversight for assigned parking locations and teams
- Set and refine performance measures to maintain high service quality
- Implement strategies to streamline operations and ensure compliance with company standards
- Lead business development efforts including lead generation and securing new accounts
- Manage financial operations including budgets, revenue reports, and profit and loss statements
- Recruit, hire, and onboard managers
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement to boost employee morale and guest satisfaction
- Travel up to 50% of the time for site visits, account launches, and operational support
- Maintain consistent communication with leadership and stakeholders
