Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in customer service or hospitality management preferred
  • Management or leadership training, certifications or education is preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Must manage payroll and operational budgets efficiently
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional extended periods for projects
  • Capability to use operational software and technologies related to parking management
  • Ability to lead and coach multiple teams across locations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory and customer service or hospitality management experience preferred
  • Management or leadership related training, certifications or business education preferred
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on financial and operational data
  • Effective training and leadership skills including operational software knowledge
  • Payroll management expertise with scheduling and overtime control
  • Proficiency with relevant technology including revenue management and scheduling software
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing environments and frequent travel
  • Ability to supervise associates across multiple sites in compliance with company policies

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and oversight for assigned hotel self-parking locations and teams
  • Set and refine performance measures to ensure high-quality service
  • Implement operational strategies to streamline efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Generate leads and secure new business opportunities through client engagement and marketing resources
  • Manage financial operations including revenue reports, budgets, and profit-and-loss statements
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard managers to support local operations
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement to boost employee morale and guest satisfaction
  • Travel up to 50% of the time for site visits, new account launches, and operational oversight
  • Maintain ongoing communication and provide updates on performance and financial status to senior leadership
  • Support additional tasks and projects to meet company operational and financial goals
