Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum three years of supervisory and related customer service or hospitality management experience preferred
  • Management or leadership related training, certifications or business education preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 50% including up to 15 business days per month
  • Ability to utilize operational software and technology systems proficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of managing financial reporting including budgets and profit-and-loss statements
  • Must be able to handle physical demands including vision requirements
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs
  • Willingness to use personal cell phone for operational communications as necessary

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of three years supervisory experience in customer service or hospitality management preferred
  • Management or leadership training and business certifications preferred
  • Advanced client management skills with ability to build and sustain relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on revenue and payroll data
  • Effective training and leadership skills, including team building and coaching
  • Experience managing payroll with expertise in scheduling and overtime control
  • Proficient in operational software and revenue management technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable to changing environments and flexible in managing travel and operational demands
  • Ability to supervise associates across multiple sites in compliance with company policies

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and oversight for multiple hotel self-parking locations
  • Set and refine performance measures to maintain high-quality service
  • Implement strategies to streamline operations and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Generate leads and secure new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Division Leadership on market-competitive programs
  • Create and review revenue reports, budgets, and profit-and-loss statements
  • Manage labor and non-labor budgets efficiently
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard hotel self-park managers
  • Foster employee morale and enhance guest satisfaction through continuous improvement programs
  • Strengthen client relationships and identify new partnership opportunities
  • Travel up to 50% to perform site visits, support new account launches, and oversee operations
  • Provide consistent updates and performance insights to senior leadership
  • Utilize personal cell phone as necessary for operational communications
  • Remain flexible and responsive to evolving business objectives and operational needs
