Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least three years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Maintain a motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory
- Capacity to work flexible hours, including during financial close periods and occasional travel
- Ability to stand and walk extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to varied weather conditions
- Use personal cell phone for work communication as needed, with reimbursement policy in place
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Experience in scheduling, workflow optimization, and service quality monitoring
- Leadership experience in hiring, training, and mentoring hourly staff
- Basic financial awareness including revenue tracking and labor cost management
- Adaptability to handle shifting priorities and operational challenges
- Proficiency with scheduling and communication technology
- Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
Job Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for each hotel property and foster client relationships
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure contractual obligations are met
- Coordinate daily scheduling, staffing, and oversee quality assurance at parking sites
- Conduct frequent site visits to identify and resolve operational issues
- Track site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses to support financial stability
- Recruit, train, and mentor hourly associates, setting performance goals
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Regional Director
- Travel to multiple locations within the territory to oversee performance and support new account launches
- Involve staff in decision-making and process improvements to enhance operations
