Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three years supervisory experience in relevant field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in last three years
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to work flexible hours when necessary
- Ability to travel within designated territory
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights
- Willingness to use personal cell phone for work communication with reimbursement
- Commitment to uphold company policies and professional standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar customer service fields
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Strong client management and interpersonal skills
- Experience with scheduling, workflow optimization, and service quality monitoring
- Skilled in hiring, training, and mentoring hourly associates
- Basic knowledge of revenue tracking and labor cost management
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and operational challenges
- Proficiency with scheduling, revenue management, and communication tools
Job Duties
- Manage client relationships for multiple hotel parking accounts within a designated territory
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance at each site
- Track site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses to ensure financial health
- Recruit, train, and supervise hourly associates while setting performance goals
- Communicate regularly with the Regional Director through status updates and performance reports
- Conduct site visits to troubleshoot operational issues and support new account launches
- Apply problem-solving skills to maintain service standards and address client concerns
