Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years supervisory experience in relevant field
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in last three years
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to work flexible hours when necessary
  • Ability to travel within designated territory
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights
  • Willingness to use personal cell phone for work communication with reimbursement
  • Commitment to uphold company policies and professional standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar customer service fields
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Strong client management and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with scheduling, workflow optimization, and service quality monitoring

  • Proficiency with scheduling, revenue management, and communication tools

Job Duties

  • Manage client relationships for multiple hotel parking accounts within a designated territory
  • Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance at each site
  • Track site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses to ensure financial health
  • Recruit, train, and supervise hourly associates while setting performance goals
  • Communicate regularly with the Regional Director through status updates and performance reports
  • Conduct site visits to troubleshoot operational issues and support new account launches
  • Apply problem-solving skills to maintain service standards and address client concerns
