The Lot Auditor / Lot Attendant role at PMC is pivotal in maintaining an efficient, safe, and welcoming parking environment for guests. This position is responsible for a variety of tasks including directing traffic flow, assisting customers with their parking needs, monitoring lot activities, and ensuring the cleanliness and security of the parking area. Working as a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor offers flexible schedule options including full-time and part-time, with hourly compensation adjusted based on market rates. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- Successful completion of a background check and maintenance during employment
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Adherence to company uniform and grooming standards
- Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Issue tickets and handle payments accurately
- Track money and paperwork responsibly
- Complete shift logs and document parking activity
- Label keys and record vehicle details
- Check the parking lot regularly for safety and compliance
- Keep the parking area and booth clean and presentable
- Assist guests with payments and parking questions
- Use radios to communicate with team members
- Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance
- Support additional tasks and attend training as needed
