Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hotel sales manager, sales coordinator, or direct hotel sales experience is required
- Prior additional hotel experience in any department is a plus
- Organizational, administrative and communication skills required
- Experience in the local market a plus
- Brand experience preferred
- Proactive approach to prospecting new business and account management
- Superb organizational and follow-up skills
- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Professional appearance and conduct
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Interact with clients to coordinate group bookings and rooms
- Promote and engage in online conversations with customers to encourage relationship building
- Directly engage in room, event, and block sales with the Director of Sales and independently
- Coordinate with Director of Sales and Marketing to engage with social media influencers to promote and produce content
- Input bookings and room blocks into the property management system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of service
- Maintain sales records and files
- Act as a first point of contact for social business inquiries
- Perform other tasks as assigned
