Job Description

We are a vibrant, guest-focused hotel committed to delivering exceptional experiences for both business and leisure travelers. Our property uniquely blends top-tier service with a warm, community-oriented atmosphere, creating a welcoming space where guests feel valued and at home. The hotel prides itself on providing personalized service, ensuring that every visitor's stay is memorable through attentive staff, well-appointed accommodations, and a strong dedication to hospitality excellence. As part of a forward-thinking and ambitious organization, our hotel prioritizes growth, innovation, and professional development, fostering an environment where team members can thrive and contribute meaningfully to our overall success.

Joining our team means becoming part of a dynamic environment that rewards initiative and performance while emphasizing collaboration and positivity. At the heart of our operations, we focus on building lasting relationships with our guests and local community, driving both revenue and brand presence. This environment is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and seeking a challenging yet supportive role where their efforts make a direct impact.

The position of Hotel Sales Manager is a critical role within our organization. This individual will be responsible for spearheading efforts to grow corporate and group accounts, establishing and nurturing key relationships within the local business community, and positioning our property as the preferred choice for events and accommodations. This is not just a sales position; it is an opportunity to shape the hotel's future by creating meaningful partnerships and advancing your career in a nurturing, growth-oriented team. The successful candidate will lead sales strategies tailored to increase revenue streams across room bookings, event bookings, and group business.

The Hotel Sales Manager will actively engage in prospecting new business by making cold calls, following leads, and visiting local companies, hospitals, government offices, and community organizations to present the hotel's offerings and secure long-term agreements. Representing the hotel at local networking events, business mixers, and industry gatherings is also a key responsibility, enhancing visibility and fostering community connections.

Additionally, conducting compelling property tours and presentations will be essential to highlight the unique value and amenities our hotel provides, ensuring potential clients recognize the benefits of choosing our venue. Maintaining and strengthening existing account relationships will drive repeat business and long-term loyalty. The role also supports marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, special promotions, and local outreach programs, working closely with the marketing team to amplify brand presence.

Tracking all sales activities and leads meticulously is crucial for monitoring progress and consistently meeting or exceeding defined monthly and quarterly revenue goals. The manager will collaborate closely with the General Manager to refine and implement sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives and adapt proactively to market trends. This comprehensive role requires a driven, organized, and personable professional to lead our sales function and deliver outstanding results in a competitive hospitality market.
