Job Requirements

  • US work authorization is required
  • full availability for days, evenings, weekends, holidays and overnights
  • passion for flawless service and integrity
  • minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • at least 1 year in leadership or supervisory role preferred
  • effective team leadership skills
  • knowledge of hotel safety protocols
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to handle crisis situations calmly
  • flexibility to work irregular hours

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service-based experience
  • at least 1 year in a leadership, supervisory, or acting-supervisory capacity preferred
  • proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-end hospitality or similar customer-focused environment
  • in-depth understanding of hotel safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and security technology systems
  • strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and incident documentation
  • proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and security reporting systems
  • demonstrated sound judgment, conflict resolution skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • availability and flexibility to respond to incidents or operational needs outside of scheduled hours, if required

Job Duties

  • Assist the director in supervising the Hotel Safety team
  • act as a member of the Emergency Response team responding in cases of fire, accidents, safety concerns and calls for medical assistance
  • correct and report fire hazards or health and safety hazards
  • report and investigate occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations
  • assist in managing department key control systems
