Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight
- must be able to work any time between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any day including weekends and holidays
- preferred hotel cleaning experience
- strong communication skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- genuine desire to satisfy the needs of others

- previous hotel cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned guest rooms
- replenish guest room supplies
- ensure guest rooms meet Hyatt cleanliness and safety standards
- communicate courteously with guests regarding their needs
- report maintenance issues or damages found in guest rooms
- assist with laundry duties and linen inventory management
- adhere to health and safety regulations
