Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of local hotel markets in Houston, Austin, and Dallas
  • Proficiency in using revenue management and data analytics software
  • Excellent analytical abilities and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Flexibility for remote work with occasional travel
  • Capability to stand, walk, lift up to 20 pounds, and perform physical activities as necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Houston, Austin, and Dallas hotel markets
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto) and data analytics tools
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel to properties as needed

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR and overall profitability
  • Analyze market trends, competitive performance, and demand forecasts for Houston, Austin, and Dallas
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align pricing and inventory strategies
  • Assist the VP of Brand Strategy with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
  • Monitor and optimize distribution channels, including OTA performance and direct booking strategies
  • Provide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting tools
  • Lead weekly revenue meetings and present performance updates to senior leadership
