Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in Houston, Austin, and Dallas hotel markets
- Proficiency in IDeaS, Duetto, and analytics tools
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility for remote work with travel
- Capable of standing and moving for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of the Houston, Austin, and Dallas hotel markets
- Proficiency in revenue management systems such as IDeaS and Duetto and data analytics tools
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel to properties as needed
Job Duties
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR and overall profitability
- Analyze market trends, competitive performance, and demand forecasts for Houston, Austin, and Dallas
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align pricing and inventory strategies
- Assist the VP of Brand Strategy with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
- Monitor and optimize distribution channels, including OTA performance and direct booking strategies
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting tools
- Lead weekly revenue meetings and present performance updates to senior leadership
