- minimum 1 year experience as a prep line or cook
- physical ability to stand for long periods
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare food consistent with recipe cards
- start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over-prepare estimated needs
- return all food items not used on next shift to designated storage areas
- operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient service
- follow food safety and hygiene protocols
