Job Description

Serving a diverse clientele ranging from business travelers to tourists, our hotel emphasizes attention to detail, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our onsite team for a temporary assignment starting July 31st through August 12th, 2026, with the possibility of permanent placement for the right candidate. This role is vital as the frontline ambassador of our hotel, responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment guests arrive to their departure.

The Front Desk Agent's primary duties include greeting guests and efficiently managing the check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and courtesy. This position also encompasses providing assistance and information about the hotel’s amenities and services, addressing guest inquiries such as folio questions, rate explanations, and resolving concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, the Front Desk Agent supports operational tasks like operating the PBX phone system, assisting with luggage, upselling additional services, and collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams by inputting requests to maintain hotel standards.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in hospitality management and potentially transition into a permanent position within our esteemed hotel team.

Job Requirements
