Job Requirements

High school diploma preferred
Prior server experience preferred
Must obtain TABC and Food Handlers certification prior to beginning work
Must be reliable and responsible
Ability to speak Spanish preferred
Must have knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic brands
Ability to remember, recite, and promote the variety of menu items
Ability to transport large awkward trays weighing up to 30 pounds through a crowded area continuously throughout a shift
Ability to remain on feet throughout the shift
Ability to work all day in the sun

Job Duties

Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift
Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain all specials, promotions, and snacks
Take orders, reciting selection of all house and premium brands as requested
Input orders into POS system to inform bartender an order was made
Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with guest to inquire about satisfaction
Ensure that all food is delivered to guests in a timely manner
Perform any and all other duties as assigned
