Job Requirements

  • obtain and maintain a current food handler card
  • previous high-volume cooking experience
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
  • enjoy working in a busy customer service-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • assist in all kitchen operations under the guidance of the Chef/Manager
  • perform opening and closing kitchen duties
  • act as host and oversee shift operations
  • maintain excellent customer relations
  • perform line cook duties
  • regulate labor and food costs
  • oversee side work and cleaning duties
  • train staff
  • perform administrative duties
  • troubleshoot and report issues to management
