Job Duties
- assist in all kitchen operations under the guidance of the Chef/Manager
- perform opening and closing kitchen duties
- act as host and oversee shift operations
- maintain excellent customer relations
- perform line cook duties
- regulate labor and food costs
- oversee side work and cleaning duties
- train staff
- perform administrative duties
- troubleshoot and report issues to management
