Job Description

The Boca Raton Resort and Club is a highly esteemed luxury hotel and resort located in Boca Raton, Florida. Celebrating a century of excellence, this iconic resort continues to shape an extraordinary new chapter in the hospitality industry by combining a rich history with modern luxury and outstanding service standards. The resort offers a unique blend of opulence, professionalism, and personalized guest experiences, making it a premier destination for travelers seeking a luxurious getaway. With a commitment to service excellence, the resort fosters an environment where associates are empowered and clients receive exceptional care. The Boca Raton Resort is well-known for its beautiful grounds, comprehensive amenities, and meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the guest experience. It is a place where tradition meets innovation in the heart of South Florida.

The Rooms Learning & Development Manager plays a pivotal role within the resort’s operations division, focusing on elevating the guest experience by enhancing the capabilities and performance of the rooms team. This position is a hands-on, operationally focused, and results-driven role that thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The manager will work closely with various departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Services, and Reservations to create and implement superior training programs that reflect luxury service standards and the resort’s commitment to achieving Forbes Travel Guide excellence.

As the Rooms Learning & Development Manager, you will design and deliver comprehensive learning and development initiatives that support daily operational excellence and long-term strategic goals. You will be responsible for crafting engaging training programs, conducting in-person coaching, live demonstrations, and digital learning sessions. Your expertise in rooms operations will guide you as you create onboarding roadmaps, job skills checklists, and continuous improvement plans tailored to the resort’s evolving needs.

This role demands a candidate who is both a coach and culture-carrier, someone who is actively involved in daily operations while inspiring associates to reach their full potential. You will shadow floor operations to identify coaching moments, provide direct training to staff, and partner with department leaders to ensure alignment between training and operational objectives. You will also perform quality checks and analyses to gauge the effectiveness of training, making necessary adjustments to maintain the highest service standards.

In addition to training responsibilities, you will foster a culture of excellence by certifying and mentoring departmental trainers, promoting collaboration, and reinforcing the company’s core values and vision of luxury service. The role requires proficiency with various tools such as ADP LMS, Microsoft Teams, and Beekeeper to enhance communication and streamline workflows. Reporting directly to the Director of Learning and Development, the Rooms Learning & Development Manager will influence key operational leaders and associates daily to deliver extraordinary guest experiences consistently.

This employment opportunity offers a unique chance to join a world-renowned resort committed to excellence, innovation, and associate development. Compensation details are typically competitive and aligned with the experience and skills required; however, specific salary information is not provided.
