Job Description

Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) is one of the fastest-growing companies in the extended stay market, recognized for its commitment to operational excellence and exceptional guest experience. As a leading player in the hospitality sector, SH is dedicated to fostering a positive and dynamic work culture for its associates. The company values leadership, accountability, and a spirit of teamwork, all while emphasizing the importance of its core value: "Play To Win." By joining SH, associates become part of a progressive and ambitious organization that prioritizes professional growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The On-Site Manager role at Sandpiper Hospitality offers a unique leadership opportunity that requires living on-site at the hotel or being within 30 minutes when on call. This position is crucial for ensuring flawless hotel operations during overnight and weekend shifts, specifically from Wednesday through Sunday. Acting as the Manager on Duty and the primary operational leader when the General Manager (GM) is not present, the On-Site Manager handles weekend operations and overnight on-call coverage. This role demands exceptional leadership capabilities, hands-on management skills, and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and property performance.

Key responsibilities include managing the Front Desk team, overseeing all operational aspects during the GM's absence, and supporting financial and administrative functions such as payroll approval and budgeting assistance. The On-Site Manager also engages directly with guests to solicit feedback and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and the property. Additionally, this role involves contributing to sales prospecting efforts to maximize hotel revenue and profitability. Sandpiper Hospitality supports its leaders through a culture of growth and recognition, providing comprehensive training, professional development, and rewarding incentives.

This is a high-responsibility position requiring continuous oversight of the property, including compliance with Sandpiper’s Fraternization Policy. The company offers generous paid time off, travel perks, comprehensive healthcare plans with significant employer contributions, and a rewarding incentive program. Associates enjoy a supportive work environment where their contributions are acknowledged and growth is encouraged. If you have a passion for hospitality leadership, operational excellence, and embody the spirit of "We Are All In," Sandpiper Hospitality invites you to join their team as an On-Site Manager and become an essential part of their ongoing success.
