Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory experience preferred
- excellent decision making and independent work ability
- strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to manage multiple priorities and workflow
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a supervisory role is preferred

- ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people
- experience with Opera reservations system
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Duties
- Provide quality guest service within guidelines specified by hotel management
- lead all Front Office operations including Front Desk, IRD, Bell, Door, and Night Audit
- set and maintain high levels of guest service
- provide support and mentorship to the team
- assist with employee scheduling and managing attendance
- address and communicate issues during Night Audit shifts
- meet or exceed service levels in Mystery Shopper Surveys
- manage guest ledger and comment card return ratios
- monitor and maintain operational supplies
- meet or come in under payroll and expense budgets
- supervise all employee duties
- mentor, coach, and counsel employees using proper documentation
- ensure employees complete essential duties before departure
- manage sick calls and tardiness by finding appropriate coverage
- ensure accurate cash and credit handling procedures are followed
- responsible for training and daily monitoring of employee service levels
