Job Duties

  • Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and guest check specifications
  • Visually inspect, select, and use ideal food items for cooking
  • Check and control proper storage of products to maintain quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of refrigeration, storage, and workspace
  • Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items
  • Read and apply mathematical skills to follow recipes accurately
  • Perform general cleaning tasks and keep floors dry and safe
  • Assist with moving supplies and equipment and handle spill cleanups
