Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 8 years of experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
  • or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 6 years of experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
  • ability to lead and manage diverse teams
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • experience with financial reporting and budget management
  • commitment to employee satisfaction and guest service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field and 8 years of management experience
  • or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field and 6 years of management experience

  • experience in overseeing multiple departments
