- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 8 years of experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 6 years of experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- ability to lead and manage diverse teams
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication skills
- experience with financial reporting and budget management
- commitment to employee satisfaction and guest service excellence
Job Qualifications
