- Associate's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum two years related experience or training
- knowledge of business practices, accounting, human resources, and customer service
- ability to drive manual transmission
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- at least 18 years old
- pass criminal background, MVR, and drug screening

Job Duties
- Understand and drive business metrics and performance measurements
- improve financial performance and profitability of the account
- manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping
- ensure forecasts, payroll and accounting reports are timely and accurate
- actively engage in recruitment and hiring
- foster an environment that retains talented associates
- respond proactively to associate feedback
- ensure guest and patient service experience is consistently delivered
- allocate labor resources to support service delivery
- develop cohesive working relationships with clients
- maintain regular communication with clients
- maintain a high level of visibility onsite
- understand client objectives and exceed expectations
- utilize company systems to control assets and expenditures
- adhere to safety and security procedures
- report accidents and incidents promptly
- train associates in safety and loss prevention
- hold associates accountable for safety violations
- maintain relationships to generate sales leads
- monitor client business for growth opportunities
