As a Hotel Manager in Training at Town Pump, you will embark on an intensive development program designed to prepare you for a successful career in hotel management. This full-time position offers comprehensive training across all facets of hotel operations. You will gain hands-on experience and proficiency in critical departments such as housekeeping, staffing, marketing, maintenance, guest experience, and food services. You are responsible for recognizing and reporting issues related to service, equipment, or property, ensuring proper work orders are addressed promptly. Safety is a priority under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines, and you will be trained to maintain safe working conditions for all staff and guests. Emergency response procedures including fire, bomb threats, security, and weather-related situations are part of your learning curve, ensuring you are prepared to effectively manage incidents. The role also requires maintaining a valid Montana Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
