The company is currently seeking motivated and driven candidates for its Manager in Training (MIT) Program within the Rooms Department. This program is specifically designed for recent graduates who hold a degree in hospitality management or a related field and aspire to develop their leadership skills in a hands-on, real-world environment. The Manager in Training role offers a structured rotational training experience encompassing front office, housekeeping, and overall hotel operations. This immersive experience equips trainees with the skills necessary to manage a successful hotel operation and prepares them for future advancement opportunities within the organization.

Participants in the MIT program will have the unique opportunity to travel between properties within their assigned regions, supporting hotel openings, transitions, and operational initiatives. They will be actively involved in maintaining high standards of guest service and satisfaction, implementing company policies and procedures, and promoting the DelMonte culture across multiple hotel locations. This role offers an excellent pathway for individuals seeking long-term careers in hospitality leadership, providing a solid foundation through practical training and mentorship.

DelMonte Hotel Group offers competitive compensation starting at $18.00 per hour, with potential increases based on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package for full-time positions. Additional perks include hotel room discounts worldwide, discounts on food and beverages, professional development opportunities, and structured leadership training.
