Job Requirements
- Extensive knowledge in food & beverage division
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history
- Demonstrated leadership and professional image
- Strong management skills to assign and delegate
- Attention to accuracy and quality monitoring
- Ability to manage difficult guest situations promptly
- Flexibility to adapt to change
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Clear communication skills oral and written
- Ability to foster commitment and trust
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in leading departmental teams in property-wide strategy development
- Oversee rooms division and food & beverage outlets to ensure high service quality
- Assist in preparing forecasts, reports, and budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
- Review financial statements and performance data to identify improvement areas
- Monitor front office systems and maintain optimum equipment performance
- Ensure a viable key control program and compliance with OSHA/MSDS safety standards
- Provide leadership in guest service training and proactively manage guest satisfaction
- Assist with interviewing, training, scheduling, coaching, and supporting employees
- Set clear performance expectations and work with HR on orientations and trainings
- Address employee concerns promptly and provide recognition and coaching
- Solicit feedback for continuous improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards across hotel operations
