Job Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Ability to understand budgets, staffing models, and cost controls
Job Qualifications
- The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hotel management experience at the AGM or GM level with an emphasis on guest service, team member development and training, organization and detail-oriented and ensuring guest satisfaction at every level
- Previous experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules based on business levels including nights and weekends as needed
- Possess the ability to understand budgets, staffing models and cost controls

Job Duties
- The Hotel Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel
- They will assist in managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and optimizing hotel performance
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations
- Supervise and manage hotel staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee the financial performance of the hotel
- Implement strategies to optimize hotel performance
- The ideal candidate must be high-energy and have the ability to think outside the box
- Additional responsibilities include support of the housekeeping operation, assistance with payroll and human resources, maintenance, and food and beverage operations
