Job Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in hotel management or operations
  • Experience designing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
  • Understanding of human resources and labor laws

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel operations or hotel management with 4+ years of experience
  • Strong proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
  • Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and social media campaigns
  • Financial literacy including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and basic accounting
  • Human resources knowledge including training, compliance, and employee engagement
  • Proficiency with hospitality management software is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to drive occupancy and revenue
  • Supervise a team including housekeepers, maintenance staff, and front desk associates, providing training, coaching, and performance management
  • Manage budgeting, financial reporting, credit card transactions, and cost controls
  • Maintain high service standards, resolve guest concerns, and ensure a positive reputation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and hospitality regulations
  • Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with guests, staff, and stakeholders
