Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in English and Spanish
Minimum of 4 years experience in hotel management or operations
Experience designing and implementing marketing strategies
Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
Understanding of human resources and labor laws
Ability to lead and manage a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel operations or hotel management with 4+ years of experience
Strong proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and social media campaigns
Financial literacy including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and basic accounting
Human resources knowledge including training, compliance, and employee engagement
Proficiency with hospitality management software is a plus

Job Duties

Lead daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency
Design and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to drive occupancy and revenue
Supervise a team including housekeepers, maintenance staff, and front desk associates, providing training, coaching, and performance management
Manage budgeting, financial reporting, credit card transactions, and cost controls
Maintain high service standards, resolve guest concerns, and ensure a positive reputation
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and hospitality regulations
Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with guests, staff, and stakeholders
