Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel management or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
- Ability to manage multiple departments and teams
- Experience in financial oversight and budget management
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance
- Capacity to handle guest complaints and emergency situations
- Proficiency with hotel management software
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Extensive experience in hotel management or related hospitality leadership role
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, security, and food and beverage services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies and processes
- Experience in financial management including budgeting and revenue control
- Skilled in guest relations and service recovery
- Familiar with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Proficient in inventory and resource management
- Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports
- Competent in crisis and emergency management

Job Duties
- Oversee front office, housekeeping, engineering, parking, and security departments
- Develop and communicate departmental strategies and goals
- Communicate and enforce policies and procedures
- Ensure all staff has the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions
- Establish and implement procedures to ensure guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition
- Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival
- Respond appropriately to guest complaints
- Establish and implement appropriate service recovery guidelines
- Schedule and conduct routine inspections of front office, food outlets, banquet space, public areas, guest rooms and corridors
- Communicate pertinent information related to VIP and special guests
- Ensure training and procedures for emergency and crisis management
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily department communication
- Interact with guests, vendors, regulatory agencies and other contacts
- Analyze guest satisfaction data and implement improvement plans
- Assist in managing hotel revenue and approve discount and rebate requests
- Achieve budgeted revenues, control labor costs and maximize profitability
- Prepare and submit statistical, performance, and forecast reports
- Maintain procedures for security of financial transactions and inventory control
- Establish par levels for supplies and authorize requisitions
- Directly and indirectly supervise a large number of employees
- Attract, retain, and motivate the best talent
- Ensure team training and career development
- Monitor and recognize team member performance
- Support and promote company policies and initiatives
- Handle employee issues professionally and timely
- Lead by example with integrity and respect
