The General Manager is entrusted with the responsibility of managing staff recruitment, training, and motivation, crafting a culture that champions service excellence and teamwork. Sound financial management is also central to this role, involving preparing and managing budgets, overseeing profit and loss statements, and identifying strategic opportunities for business growth. Additionally, this position mandates the maintenance of property standards, overseeing capital improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements to sustain a safe, inviting, and legally sound environment. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 plus years of leadership experience in hospitality resort management or related operations
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting forecasting and p and l oversight
- Excellent communication problem solving and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to lead teams handle guest concerns with professionalism and uphold brand standards
- Proficiency with microsoft office and property management or accounting systems
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as business needs require

Job Duties
