Job Requirements
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds including lifting above the shoulder
- must be personable and able to relate well to hotel guests and co-workers
- must be able to stand for long periods, stoop, bend and lift objects throughout an 8 hour day
- must have overall good health
Job Qualifications
- working knowledge of general handyman skills including use of small tools, painting, simple electrical work

Job Duties
- responds promptly to guests' needs with an interest and concern in satisfying every guest
- perform basic maintenance of the building, such as painting, simple electrical, simple plumbing, carpet cleaning, etc
- have a good working knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- other duties as directed by the chief engineer over maintenance
- ensures the hotel provides a welcoming experience through a clean and well-maintained property
