- experience using standard maintenance and repair tools

- strong communication and documentation skills
- team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship
- availability to work weekends or holidays preferred

Job Duties
- Perform routine preventative maintenance throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical spaces
- inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical systems
- respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- identify potential maintenance issues and recommend proactive solutions
- complete minor repairs such as drywall, painting, fixtures, doors, locks, and furniture
- maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inspection documentation
- ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are clean, safe, and organized
- follow all safety procedures and support overall engineering operations
