The role also requires maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspection documentation while ensuring that tools, equipment, and work areas comply with safety standards and organizational policies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to four years’ experience in general maintenance with proficiency in using repair tools, interpreting technical drawings, and estimating materials needed for maintenance tasks. Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and a proactive approach to recognizing and resolving issues before they escalate are essential to succeed in this role.

Joining Hilton Madison Monona Terrace means gaining access to a range of benefits designed to support personal and professional growth. Employees enjoy a free well-balanced meal during each shift, generous room discounts at Marcus Hotels & Resorts and Hilton-branded properties, and discounts on recreational and dining activities offered by Marcus Hotels & Resorts. Additional perks include free parking or Metro bus passes, "Two for one" movie theater coupons at Marcus Theatres, early wage access, paid time off, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees who have been with the company for 30 days. The hotel also provides company-paid life insurance, an employee assistance program, and a 401k plan with employer match. This commitment to employee well-being demonstrates the company’s dedication to creating a positive and rewarding work environment.
