Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- basic knowledge of maintenance tasks electrical plumbing HVAC preferred but not required
- ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- good communication skills
- friendly professional demeanor with focus on guest satisfaction
- previous experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing electrical and HVAC systems
- conduct regular property inspections and address any issues
- work with housekeeping and front desk teams to quickly resolve maintenance requests
- assist in maintaining a clean safe and operational environment
- respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
