- Prior hotel or lodging experience preferred but not necessary
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate cleaning tools responsibly

Job Duties
- Follow established cleaning standards ensuring the proper chemical is used on each surface
- Maintain the highest housekeeping standards established for Lodge Kohler
- Be responsible for proper use and care of cleaning tools assigned such as squeegees and sticky rollers
- Ensure all stay over rooms are cleaned to meet stay over requirements including personalizing the room
- Clean all checkout rooms to meet hotel standards
