We are currently seeking a part-time Houseperson to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in upholding the hotel's reputation for cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The Houseperson will work the evening shift from 3 pm to 11 pm and must be available on both weekdays and weekends to ensure a consistently clean, attractive, and safe environment throughout the hotel. The position offers daily pay with access to up to 50% of your earned wages after every shift, providing financial flexibility and convenience.

In this role, the Houseperson will be responsible for maintaining various public and guest areas, assisting with housekeeping tasks, and supporting the overall operations of the hotel’s environmental services department. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of cleaning duties, from dusting and vacuuming to polishing floors and handling waste disposal. Additionally, the Houseperson will assist housekeepers by preparing rooms for new guests, including tasks such as stripping beds, managing linens, and delivering service items to guestrooms. This position plays a crucial part in creating a welcoming and pristine environment that enhances the guest experience and meets the company’s high standards.

The Houseperson must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests in a pleasant and professional manner. Physical stamina is necessary, as the job involves lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying items up to 50 pounds and requires standing for extended periods. A keen attention to detail and knowledge of safe cleaning practices are also essential to prevent damage to hotel property and ensure a safe environment for all.
