Job Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or cleaning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson team members
  • Ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high performance
  • Conduct inspections and audits to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with guests, management, and staff to resolve issues
  • Manage scheduling and workflow to optimize team productivity
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
