Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or cleaning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace

Job Duties
- Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson team members
- Ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high performance
- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with guests, management, and staff to resolve issues
- Manage scheduling and workflow to optimize team productivity
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
