We are currently seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our expanding team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in guest rooms and public areas to ensure an outstanding guest experience. The Room Attendant will be responsible for making sure that rooms are stocked with fresh linens, towels, and essential amenities while adhering to all safety and security protocols mandated by the hotel. A key part of this role involves understanding the layout and services of the hotel property and its surroundings, enabling the attendant to assist guests effectively and maintain a welcoming environment. Job Duties
- Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
- Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels
- Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
- Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation, and hotel surroundings
- Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
- Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
