We require flexibility to work either the first or second shift with availability on weekdays and weekends, ensuring that our hotel consistently meets the demands of our guests throughout the week.

The Housekeeping Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the daily housekeeping operations, including the supervision of laundry and cleaning staff. This role requires a highly organized and motivated professional who is passionate about hospitality and cleanliness standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and coordinating housekeeping activities, scheduling personnel based on occupancy forecasts, and maintaining communication with the Guest Care Manager and General Manager to ensure room availability aligns with guest needs. Leadership skills will be essential, as the manager will utilize effective communication and motivation techniques to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction. Attention to detail is critical, as the housekeeping manager must conduct regular inspections, monitor customer feedback, and implement solutions to address any issues or deficiencies.
