Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- one year hotel housekeeping experience in a 150 plus room hotel
- six to twelve months housekeeping supervisory experience
- ability to obtain and maintain Kalispel Tribal Work Permit
- possession of Hepatitis A and B vaccinations
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift and move objects up to 100 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
- ability to walk, stand, ascend and descend stairs
- ability to stoop, crouch, kneel
- willingness to work in damp, dusty, and dirty environments
- adherence to guest confidentiality standards

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one year hotel housekeeping experience in 150 plus room hotel
- six to twelve months housekeeping supervisory experience
- experience in four star/four diamond hotel preferred
- direct experience in organizational development role preferred
- computer literate with Microsoft programs
- ability to work with mathematical concepts
- ability to implement directives and prepare reports

Job Duties
- Arrive early to facilitate shift transition
- assess daily room situation
- organize staffing for arrivals and departures
