We are currently seeking full-time Housekeeping Attendants to join our dedicated team. This role is instrumental in upholding the brand's reputation by ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet Marriott's strict cleanliness and maintenance standards. The position requires commitment to customer satisfaction through meticulous cleaning and attention to detail. Housekeeping Attendants work standard shifts from 9am to 5pm, with weekday and weekend availability required to accommodate the hotel's operational needs. This role offers the added benefit of daily pay, allowing employees to access up to 50 percent of their earned wages after every shift, enhancing financial flexibility.
The primary purpose of this role is to maximize customer satisfaction by providing neat and clean guestrooms, in accordance with company and brand standards. Responsibilities include maintaining guest room cleanliness, changing linens, restocking amenities, and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Candidates should possess knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and flexibility in scheduling. Physical demands are significant, including prolonged standing, bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and exposure to cleaning agents, emphasizing the need for stamina and care in execution.

Job Requirements
- One year of housekeeping experience preferred
- Must be flexible in work hours to accommodate last minute changes in scheduling
- Must be available to work weekend shifts
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, cleaning techniques and safe use of chemicals is essential
- Must be able to change tasks and adjust energy level needed to accommodate a fast-paced environment
- Must achieve required threshold scores according to brand and company inspections
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of housekeeping experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Ensures customer satisfaction by cleaning customer rooms according to SREE and brand standards
- Removes soiled bed and bath linens and replaces with clean linens as required
- Removes accumulated trash and debris from room as required
- Cleans bathroom area, dusts all surfaces, replenishes room amenities, cleans floors and vacuums rooms as required
- Reports unusual circumstances to hotel management
- Reports maintenance requests and replacement orders
- Maximizes job efficiency by ensuring the supply cart is neat, stocked and orderly
- Ensures quality and quantity of the contents of the linen closet by organizing and cleaning it and notifies housekeeping manager or supervisor immediately if any stock shortages exist
