We are currently hiring Housekeepers, an essential role within our hospitality operations. As a Housekeeper at Concord Hospitality, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of guest rooms to the highest hotel standards to ensure a welcoming experience for all guests. This role involves cleaning and servicing assigned rooms in a timely and organized manner, following established procedures that uphold the quality and safety standards our guests expect. You will manage an organized linen cart, restocking and keeping it neat and orderly throughout your shift. It is important that you report any maintenance issues within guest rooms, such as problems with fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems, so they can be addressed quickly.

Security responsibilities include maintaining the safety of all equipment, keys, and supplies assigned to you. Additionally, you will be required to report any lost and found items to your supervisor promptly. Guest satisfaction is a top priority, so responding to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner is a critical part of the role.

This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform various cleaning tasks including lifting and carrying supplies or equipment. The role demands flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, reflecting the needs of the hospitality industry. Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred, as is a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment is also essential.

Job Duties

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • Keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and orderly
  • Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions or HVAC systems
  • Maintain security of equipment keys and supplies issued to you
  • Report lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
