Managing an award-winning portfolio of Hilton and Marriott hotels across the United States, the company thrives on valuing diversity and treating every team member with respect. Dedicated to creating welcoming and comfortable environments for guests, Raymond Management emphasizes a workplace where collaboration, employee growth, and recognition take center stage. This environment ensures that every team member feels empowered to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for guests.
The position available is for a Room Attendant (also referred to as Housekeeper), a part-time role offering a starting wage between $18.00 and $19.00 per hour, dependent on experience, with opportunities for wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days after hire. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guests enjoy a high standard of comfort during their stays. The Room Attendant will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public spaces in the hotel, restocking supplies, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing rooms and bathrooms. Communication with front desk and maintenance teams is important to address guest requests efficiently and maintain smooth hotel operations. Safety and cleanliness standards must be upheld to foster a healthy environment not only for guests but also for teammates.
Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, hold a positive attitude, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical demands include lifting items weighing up to 35 pounds and standing for extended periods. While prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is valued, the company is also willing to train individuals who demonstrate the right mindset and willingness to learn. Raymond Management fosters a team culture where members support each other, celebrate achievements, and pursue career development through on-the-job training and advancement opportunities. In addition to the intrinsic rewards of the role, employees enjoy an array of benefits such as paid vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, travel discounts on hotel stays, referral bonuses, and mental health resources through an employee assistance program. Full-time employees receive enhanced benefits, including affordable healthcare plans, dental and vision coverage, flexible spending options, and a 401(k) plan with company contributions.
This Room Attendant opportunity at Raymond Management provides a chance to join a respected and inclusive hospitality company that values its employees and strives to create an outstanding environment for both guests and team members. Candidates who are enthusiastic about maintaining cleanliness, delivering excellent service, and contributing to a team-oriented culture are encouraged to apply and embark on a rewarding career path in the hospitality industry.
