Job Requirements

  • Previous hotel experience or familiarity with the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services
  • Experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames
  • Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms including dusting vacuuming and sanitizing surfaces
  • Maintain cleanliness in public areas hallways and restrooms
  • Change bed linens and towels ensuring all items are fresh and neatly arranged
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries linens and cleaning products as needed
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
  • Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards
  • Assist with floor care tasks including sweeping mopping and carpet cleaning as required
  • Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations
