Job Requirements

Previous hotel experience or familiarity with the hospitality industry is preferred
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services
Experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames
Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial but not mandatory
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms including dusting vacuuming and sanitizing surfaces
Maintain cleanliness in public areas hallways and restrooms
Change bed linens and towels ensuring all items are fresh and neatly arranged
Restock supplies such as toiletries linens and cleaning products as needed
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards
Assist with floor care tasks including sweeping mopping and carpet cleaning as required
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations
