Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to arrive and clock in on time for every shift
- Ability to follow clock-in/out procedures for breaks
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a shift
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
- Must be able to perform essential functions of the job satisfactorily
- Willingness to undertake any other job-related duties assigned

- Experience in hospitality or related consumer-facing field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay
- Use guests' names whenever possible to make them feel welcomed
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand and utilize relevant technology
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service
- Keep all areas clean and well-organized
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces
- Greet guests while cleaning with a smile
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and timely
- Ensure shift handover reports are accurate
- Wear clean, approved uniform and nametag
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Exhibit willingness to stretch beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate to create a welcoming environment
- Perform pre-cleaning tasks including stocking supplies
- Clean and restock assigned guest rooms
- Complete additional cleaning projects as assigned
- Adhere to scheduled clock-in/out and break times
