- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial work
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and bending

- Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
- Proven skills in cleaning, floor care, janitorial work, or industrial cleaning environments
- Knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service expectations enhances ability to deliver exceptional cleanliness standards
- Experience managing or supervising housekeeping teams is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by sanitizing surfaces, replacing linens, and replenishing amenities in guest accommodations
- Conduct detailed floor care including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying protective treatments as needed
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained, stocked, and used efficiently to maximize productivity
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
- Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike
- Assist with deep cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing or industrial cleaning tasks to uphold cleanliness standards across the property
