The role of Housekeeping Guest Service Representative (GSR) at RRI West Management is critical to upholding the company’s high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. This full-time position offers a starting wage of up to $10.50 per hour, with weekend availability required. The Housekeeping GSR is responsible for preparing rooms efficiently and thoroughly, ensuring that each guest room meets established hygiene and appearance standards before guest arrival. This involves duties such as cleaning bathrooms and vanities, changing bed linens, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities to provide guests with a welcoming, clean environment. Apart from maintaining room cleanliness, the Housekeeping GSR collaborates closely with team members from maintenance and front desk departments to promptly address any room maintenance issues, lost and found items, or guest concerns. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work weekends
- physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- able to work in various weather conditions
- compliance with safety and OSHA protocols
- positive attitude and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years in customer service
- basic communication skills including reading, writing, and comprehension
- ability to utilize a computer for timekeeping and training
- desire to maintain cleanliness and proper room organization
- ability to lift and bend frequently
- willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- bilingual preferred but not required
Job Duties
