The role of Housekeeper at Sandpiper Hospitality represents a pivotal position where cleanliness, guest comfort, and operational efficiency intersect. As a Housekeeper, your primary mission is to maintain a spotless and impeccable environment which directly contributes to an outstanding guest experience. You will be responsible for cleaning assigned hotel areas such as guestrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facilities, and stairways, consistently meeting or exceeding company standards. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining hygiene, comfort, and aesthetic presentation throughout the property.
Beyond cleaning, you will be entrusted with replenishing essential supplies like bathroom products, linen, towels, and drinking glasses across various hotel locations to ensure guest convenience. Waste management duties are also integral to this role, requiring you to efficiently and hygienically transport trash and waste to designated disposal areas. Maintaining the housekeeping carts and equipment, ensuring they are fully stocked and organized for optimal readiness, will support your ability to perform daily tasks effectively.
Moreover, interaction with guests is an important component, as Housekeepers greet guests warmly and contribute to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, enhancing overall guest satisfaction. - High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping experience preferred
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks

Job Duties
- Clean hotel areas including guestrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facility, and stairways according to company standards and within required time frames
- replenish supplies such as bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, linen and terry in guest rooms and restrooms
- transport trash and waste to the disposal area efficiently and hygienically
- stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment to ensure readiness
- always greet guests in a warm, friendly manner providing a welcoming presence throughout the property
- strictly adhere to safety and security policies to ensure personal safety, guest safety, and company property protection
