Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good physical condition to perform manual cleaning tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Strong communication skills to report issues and follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Experience in hospitality or janitorial services is advantageous
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a high standard of cleanliness at all times
Job Duties
- Clean and disinfect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following established standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels as needed
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities in guest rooms
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly
- Follow safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with deep cleaning projects or special cleaning requests as required
